Delivery time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment is received. Delivery times may vary depending on location and shipping method chosen.

  • Italy : standard delivery in 2-5 working days.
  • Europe : standard delivery in 3-7 working days.
  • Rest of the world : standard delivery in 5-10 working days.

Shipping costs
Shipping costs vary depending on the destination, weight, and size of the package. During the checkout process, you will be shown the available options and their costs.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the status of your delivery directly on the courier site.

Returns and Refunds

Right of withdrawal
According to the Consumer Code (art. 52 et seq.), you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of receipt of the products, without having to provide any reasons.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, send written notice by email to the following address info@stuporart.com indicating your order number and the products you wish to return.

Conditions for return
  • Products must be returned undamaged, unused, with all original labels and in the original packaging.
  • Custom or made-to-order items are not subject to return.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise specified.
 

Refund
After receiving and verifying the returned products, we will process the refund within 14 days using the same method of payment used for the purchase. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

Defective or incorrect products
If you have received a damaged, defective, or different product from what you ordered, please contact us immediately at info@stuporart.com . We will provide you with detailed instructions on how to proceed and take care of the shipping costs for replacement or refund.
